Launch credit

Choose the free launch list or secure paid launch credit through Razorpay. The free option does not charge you. Paid credit is confirmed only after Razorpay verifies payment.

Launch-credit refund safeguard

Payments of ₹500, ₹1,000 or ₹1,500 secure twice that amount in credit toward your first order.

If we haven't launched by 16 January 2027, we'll automatically initiate a full refund of your original payment within 7 business days.

The refund is the original amount paid, not the doubled promotional credit. Initiation is when we submit the refund; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the money.

Questions or an unexpected charge

Email BUSYPANDAA@GMAIL.COM with the payment date and transaction reference. Do not send your password, OTP, payment PIN or full card number.

Product returns

Product orders are not open yet. Product cancellation and return terms will be published before orders open. This notice does not limit applicable consumer rights.
